Working Principle

1. Capsule separation

Steps: Place the empty capsule into the capsule tray and separate the capsule cap and body by mechanical or pneumatic means.

Purpose: Ensure that the capsule cap and body are separated for easy filling.

2. Powder filling

Steps: Place the separated capsule body into the filling template and fill the powder into the capsule body manually or semi-automatically.

Purpose: Accurately control the filling amount to ensure that the amount of medicine in each capsule is consistent.

3. Capsule locking

Steps: Close the filled capsule body and cap again and lock them by mechanical pressure.

Purpose: Ensure that the capsule is sealed to prevent powder leakage.

4. Capsule discharge

Steps: Discharge the locked capsule from the machine, usually manually or by simple mechanical devices.

Purpose: Collect the finished capsules for subsequent packaging.

5. Cleaning and maintenance

Steps: After the operation, clean the machine and perform regular maintenance to ensure normal operation.
