Application

This machine is suitable for blister filling and sealing packing of liquid, jam, medicine for different product. Full process is automatic, from blister forming to filling, composite film sealing and punching to final blister, which greatly save labor.

Main configuration

1. The lathe guide rail casting machine base is subject to high temperature tempering and aging treatment, which eliminates the stress and is not eaasy to deform.
2. The key components like each module box are processed with special equipment to ensure accuracy and strong interchangealibility.
3. The forming, heating sealing, perforation and punching station can be adjusted at any position on the triangular bar and flat bar guide rail to adapt to different length of blisters.
